Can I Bet the Sportpesa Jackpot Twice?

You can place as many Sportpesa jackpot bets as you like.

Sportpesa runs two jackpots every week. The mega jackpot has 17 picks, with a base amount of 100,000,000/- ($1 million USD). The regular jackpot has 13 picks with a base amount of 10,000,000/- ($100,000 USD). Each jackpot increases every week that goes without a winner.

Send a text message to 79079 with the following information: W Amount#PIN

So if you want to withdraw 500/- and your PIN is 1234, you would send the following to 79079:
W 500#1234

Remember to place a space between "W" and the shilling amount. You pay a small percentage of your Sportpesa winnings as a withdraw charge. The amount varies depending on how much money you withdraw.

What Happens to a Bet When a Sportpesa Game is Postponed

If you placed a bet on a football match that has been postponed or canceled, don't worry. You'll get your money back, but not as quickly as you might like.

Sportpesa tells users that it takes up to 72 hours to refund their money for bets placed on postponed or canceled matches. If you placed a multi-bet and you have won all the matches but the canceled match, you still must wait up to 72 hours for your win to be awarded to your account.

At Sportpesa Buzz, our experience is that Sportpesa says 72 hours, but it usually doesn't take that long. In some but not all cases, it takes anywhere from a few hours up to a full day to get your refund or award on a multi-bet that includes a postponed or canceled match.
